Neighborhood Message Board:

• All Christmas decorations must be removed by January 13, 2024.

• The judging for the annual Christmas Decoration contest has been completed.

• The annual meeting will be held on February 22, 2024, at 7:00 P.M.  The annual meeting will take place at the Beach Forest Club house.

• The annual dues have been sent out. They are due my January 31st, 2024.

• No one submitted an HOA Board Member application for the upcoming Board of Directors election.
