Grass: should be cut and watered routinely, in order to keep it within an acceptable height range. Cutting grass properly keeps your property looking nice and it helps to produce a lawn with less dead spots and fewer weeds.

Siding: and other exterior surfaces of your home should be washed to prevent excess mold and mildew. Due to our humid climate, most homes will need washed once a year or every other year at a minimum.

Mailboxes: should be black and they should stand up straight. Per community regulations, if you wish to change your mailbox, you must submit an architectural change form.

Sidewalks: and other exterior edges should be cleaned up regularly. This includes edging the grass, removing weeds, not blowing grass clippings on the street, and tidying up flower beds.

Trash cans: should be hidden behind a bush, a fence, or your home. The rule of the neighborhood says that trash cans should not be visible from the street, when standing directly in front of your home.

Parking: in yards and on grass is strictly prohibited. Please utilize your garage and your driveway. Street parking is also acceptable, as long as you avoid blocking sidewalks and your neighbors' driveways. It is permissible to expand your driveway, as long as you submit an architectural change form.
